约翰·兰迪斯（John Landis；1950年8月3日－），出生于美国芝加哥，美国喜剧导演。曾任特技演员，对讲笑话亦特别擅长。

生平介绍

1973年编导处女作《Schlock》，是以大猩猩肆虐南加州为题材的恐怖喜剧。

五年后执导《动物屋》，捧红了胖子谐星约翰布鲁奇。其后两人再合作《福禄双霸天》，商业上大获成功。

在八十年代拍了一些广受欢迎的喜剧，包括《你整我，我整你》和《来去美国》，恐怖喜剧《美国狼人在伦敦》也影响深远。

近年也拍摄了不少电视剧，并且参加一些影片的演出。

约翰曾导演过迈克尔·杰克逊两部音乐MV，《Thriller》、《black or white》。
