附注（text note），为了易懂对文字的附加解释和说明，对书籍或文章的语汇、内容、背景、引文作介绍、评议的文字。

附注就是对文字的附加的解释和说明。目的是为了让别人和自己很容易看懂。

公文如有附注，用3号仿宋体字，居左空2字加圆括号标识在成文时间下一行。上行文的“请示”文种中，应当在附注处注明联系人的姓名和电话。
