多年来，CBO(社区组织)在参与艾滋病防治工作中，无论是开展社区的艾滋病服务，还是开展政策倡导，促进艾滋病政策的发展，促进平等合作的制度性建设，都做出了艰难的努力与重大贡献。

“Post-Global Fund Era”: Rights Issue Concerning CBO’s Work in AIDS Prevention
---Reflections and Suggestions
At current stage, the withdraw of overseas funds, such as China Global Fund and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, combined with the uncertain situation of government investment and management approach are all problems that the national AIDS prevention work is confronting with.
For the past few years, CBO has spared every effort in AIDS prevention. Its work include the Community-based AIDS services, the promotion of AIDS related policies and its development, as well as the institutional construction featured equity and cooperation.
Therefore, We proposed our based upon CBO to the government in regard of the rights issue in CBO’s work in AIDS prevention during the post-global fund era with close concerns and reflections.
